I just want to chat a bit about Beachbody’s P90X program and my P90X goals I have set for myself for this round. For those of you that have not tried this program yet you just may want to look into it because yes, it is that GOOD! 

Though not easy (and what good things if life ever come easy?) if you stick with this program as it’s intended both nutrition wise as well as showing up everyday and pushing play, the P90X results that you get are nothing short of amazing.

Yes, some people (me included) need multiple rounds to ultimately get to their desired goal(s) but so what – it’s only 90 days at a whack. In the grand scope of our lifetime that’s nothing!! I’ve sat on my ass longer than that at times! and I’m sure you have too. Heck the first round I lost 25 pounds along with 8% body fat!! Not to shabby – huh? So I’m really excited what this round has in store for me.

This second round of P90X is different for me, as I’m writing this I have only just finished my first week but I feel different already! It has been some time since I completed my first round, actually just about a year now. Although I did stay active and have done other Beachbody workouts since finishing my first round.

I think with this second just knowing what to expect going into it is HUGE unlike the first round their is so much to take in and learn at times it can be overwhelming. Maybe that’s part of the reason some people just don’t continue with the program which is a shame because if they had just sucked it up and stuck with it they would certainly be so much more ahead than probably where they are now.

My goal with this round? Well besides getting and feeling more fit I certainly want to see if I can melt the fat off from around my waist ESPECIALLY the dreaded love handles! Arrrggghhh… with us guys that’s where the fat critters love to hang out and as we age I truly feel it’s get’s even tougher to evict our fine little fat cells.

If things go as planned I would certainly be estatic if I could get my abs to reveal themselves – I just think there shy:) I have never been the type to walk around with a six pack (at least the ones we own) at least as I can remember.

So I will have to work harder than ever before, not just with the workouts but also with the nutrition because as you may or may not know our abs are certainly made in the kitchen.

So I will cerainly have updates in the coming weeks to see how the battle of the core is coming along.

So what’s your P90X goals?? better abs, fitter tighter body??  Then BRING IT!!!   and have a safe holiday!
