Well, I have just completed two weeks of Beachbody’s RevABS program. I have to honetly say that I like this program so far though I don’t have any earth shattering numbers to share with you just yet, but when that happens you’ll be the first to know about it!:) I do feel a bit tighter in my core and I am already stronger, I’m already doing more reps than when I first started and I am going to increase the weight when I start my week 3 as well.

The videos are generally pretty short in length as compared to Insanity or P90X, RevABS workouts are generally about 30 to 40min. each (except mercy abs) depending on the workout. I don’t care for the backround music though, once I feel comfortable doing the exercises I’ll pop on my ipod and workout to some tunes instead.
